Owls Prep For Games Ahead

Kennesaw, Georgia -- The Owls have returned from a road tournament in North Carolina and have too the week off from games in order to prepare for the busy schedule ahead. Kennesaw returns back to the Ice Forum on January 30th and 31st against the Miami of Ohio Redhawks. Fans are strongly encouraged to come out and support the Owls, majors promotions that weekend include Chick-fil-a, Red Bull and the Atlanta Thrashers.

The Kennesaw Hockey Program will also be inviting all hockey supporters to the KSU Silent Auction Fundraiser on Saturday, February 21st, 2009 at 7pm at the KSU Center (not to be mistaken for the Main Campus). Auctioned items feature Airtrain Tickets, a week in a Florida cottage, KSU jerseys and Atlanta Thrashers jerseys.

Also, the Owls would like to make note to children 10 and older. Kennesaw will be hosting a Shooters Camp for aspiring hockey players. The camp will be 2 hours of intense shooting and playing instruction from ACHA Champion Forwards Dylan Morrison and Jerry Holden as well as ACHA Champion Defenseman Brett Lester.
